Our next single, “Tabula Rasa” is out Friday November 26th.
The song was recorded by the band at Skúli´s house in Selfoss, Iceland and at our friend Bjarni Þór Jensson´s studio in Hafnarfjörður, Iceland and has been in the works since Christmas 2020. Bjarni Þór also recorded and mixed our last single, “Back To Bed”.
It surely is our most chaotic and energetic track so far and we cannot wait to share it with you.
“Tabula Rasa” is mixed and edited by Icelandic musician/producer Magnús Øder and mastered by Chilean/American musician/producer Alain Johannes. Alain has mastered the majority of our released material as well as mixed our single. “Colouring a Cloud” but this is our first venture with our long-term friend Magnús. Very exciting!
The artwork is a photograph taken by Greek photographer Xaris Demirtzian joined by the band´s logo, designed and drawn by Daníel himself.
The single is our 3rd of 2021 and continues our journey to the debut LP of Daníel Hjálmtýsson to be released in 2022.
